East Side Access Development

CTE, as a member of the Systems Engineering Consultant team, is the lead engineering firm responsible for all work required to create a new Long Island Rail Road terminal within Grand Central Terminal. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority/Long Island Rail Road's East Side Access (Grand Central Connection) project will result in the connection of the Long Island Rail Road with Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. This $5.2 billion project is the largest construction project ever undertaken by the MTA.
