Program Management

CTE's Program Management services can best be described as managing all facets of a facilities or infrastructure program. CTE acts as an extension of the owner's staff.  Working closely with the owner, CTE provides the information necessary for decision-making, facilitates processes and directs implementation.  Services include planning, programming, real estate, insurance, safety, finance, project controls, design, construction management, and additional services necessary to expedite projects.
